technology challenges facing the extended retail industry and provides thought leadership and advice on
navigating these challenges for specific companies and the industry at large.

as one of the top retail technology executives in the United States, Kilcourse is

and was recognized as one of the Premier 100 IT Leaders by Computerworld
magazine (March 2001). In 2001, Brian was recognized by Information Week as
